Marriage Ceremony Packages

Your ceremony should be a natural extension of the two of you. I will work with you to make your wedding day as traditional, as romantic, as relaxing or as quirky as you like. Nothing would thrill and delight me more than to be part of your special day! I have a great sense of humour and fun and can’t wait to hear all your exciting, creative ideas for your wedding ceremony.

My ceremony packages are created and priced to reflect the type of ceremony you’d like and the level of service that you require.  Some people want all the details taken care of and others prefer to do things themselves. Some people want formal and organised and others are more casual about the day….. so let’s see what suits you.

The Elegant Elopement Marriage Ceremony

This ceremony is for those couples who want to elope or marry legally in Australia before heading overseas for a destination ceremony without the hassle of legalities in a foreign country.  This way your marriage is registered in Australia (easier for applying for a copy of your marriage certificate which you will need if you would like to change your name through marriage)

All you need is yourselves, 2 witnesses, me and a flat surface to sign some papers….. then it’s Fiji – here we come!

For more information check out the Attorney General Website:  having your overseas marriage recognised

This includes:

  • The lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage Form
  • The registration of all your legal paperwork
  • One meeting with me prior to the ceremony
  • Unlimited contact via phone and email
  • A ceremony that includes the legal wording (with your own personal vows) performed at the location of your choice
  • Your commemorative Marriage Certificate
  • Maximum of 15 guests

If you are choosing the Elegant Elopement because you are heading overseas for your wedding ceremony with family and friends and would like me to perform a more personalised ceremony at your desired location, please let me know as I am open to travelling anywhere.

Wanting to change you name?

The commemorative marriage certificate you receive on the day is legal, but not quite legal enough for government departments, so if you are wanting to change your name on your passport or driver’s licence, the bank, medicare and a myriad of other places you’ll need to apply for an official marriage certificate, which I can assist you with.

Phew! Just another job you don’t have to think of doing.

Births, Deaths and Marriages (WA) charge $50 for the certificate and one of you will be required to have three pieces of ID certified.
Luckily, I can do that for you too!
